Hello, and welcome! My intention with creating Climate-Aware Resources for Therapists is to support and build capacity in my intersecting communities of music therapists, mental health practitioners, and musicians to meaningfully engage with evolving realities of the climate and ecological emergencies.

Climate Cafés for Counsellors and Therapists

Climate Cafés are being offered on June 18 and August 15.

  • These are informal, open, confidential, respectful spaces to share emotional responses to the climate and ecological emergencies.
  • The exploration is on thoughts, feelings and experiences rather than “what we are doing” about the climate crisis

I would be glad to see you there. Click the images below for more information.

Seabrook MT

Seabrook Music Therapy operates on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas, a branch of the greater Anishinaabeg Nation, which includes Algonquin, Ojibway, Odawa and Pottawatomi.  This land is also Treaty territory of the Williams Treaties and is now home to many First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. I am grateful for the opportunity to live, work, and play on this land.
